1) If your designs are double side image, please include front layer and backside layer and don't need to flip your design, we will flip backside, also please include hole position layer.
(Note:Semilucent/see-through design need to divide your design into two layers, one layer is non-semilucent/see-through layer, another layer is see-through layer)
2) Please mark quantity on filename( if each design is different size, please mark each size, too) or creating one JPG description to show quantity of design.
About sample:
1. For the existing samples we have stock, we could provide free samples, but the freight charge need to be paid by customers.
2. If you need samples of your own design or custom logo, you will have to pay the mould charge (set up charge).
3. We will start to prepare samples for you as soon as we confirm the payment. Your full address (including receiver's full name, phone number, zip code, city and country) should be well declared.
4. If you do not have a DHL, FEDEX, TNT or UPS ACCOUNT for the freight collection, we also accept transfer through Paypal.
About production:
1. After sample approved, clients pay 30% of full invoice as deposit, then we start production.
2. We send photos or issue mass production samples to clinets for inspection after production finished. Clients inspects goods in factory or third party inspection are all acceptable.
3. We arrange shipping as clients' request after payment of balance.

A : You can use your DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS account by freight collect at destination. If you don't
have a courier account, we will calculate the express freight charge for you and you can pay the freight charge directly to our company account, and then we deliver the samples to you by courier.
